Making a booking
To make a booking with us:
- Contact us with your desired dates
- We will work with you to establish availability and give you a price quotation.
- If you wish to proceed then complete the online Booking Form after reviewing the Terms and Conditions.
- Submit the Booking Form and arrange for payment of the Deposit (20% of the total).
Your dates are held for you as soon as the booking form has been submitted - the first booking form received holds the dates. We will wait for up to 7 days for your deposit to arrive.
Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed when we have received:
- A completed Booking Form
- The Deposit Payment (20% of the total)
We will then send you a written confirmation of your booking.
Final Payments
After your booking is confirmed we will request the balance of payment 8 weeks before the Arrival Date along with the Security Deposit ($500/�300).
Payment Methods
We accept payment by Credit Card (at no extra charge), US check, UK cheque, money order, and wire transfer.
We are happy to work with you whilst you make your travel plans, arrange flights etc. Just let us know what you require and we will accommodate your request wherever possible.
