What size is the villa?

The villa is 2450 sq.ft. of air conditioned living space.  It has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a large Great Room adjoining the living, eating and kitchen areas.  By the pool a covered lanai (168 sq.ft.) provides shelter from the sun and any rain. An air-conditioned games room in the 2 car garage completes the property's covered areas.

What size are the beds?

Downstairs bedrooms

• Master bedroom 1 (en-suite) has a King size bed
• Master bedroom 2 (en-suite) has a Queen size bed
• Bedroom 6 / Den has a futon bunk providing a Twin bed on top and a Full size bed below. The Full size bed can be used as a sofa or as a bed. For our guests' comfort, the futon mattress is a luxury inner-sprung futon mattress rather than the basic type.

Upstairs bedrooms

• Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds
• Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin beds
• Bedroom 5 has a King size bed

All beds are US sized beds.  For our UK guests, the sizes translate into

• Twin = UK single bed
• Full = UK double bed
• Queen = UK king size
• King = UK emperor size

Are linens and towels provided?

All linens for the beds are provided.  We also provide fitted sheets for the portable cribs.  In line with safety recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, we don't provide any other bedding for the portable cribs.

We provide towels for use in the villa and at the villa pool.  We ask that these towels remain at the villa.  If you plan to visit the water parks or the beach, please bring your own beach towels.  (Note: some water parks will rent towels so it may be worth checking with them before you pack)

What size is the pool?  ...spa?  ...deck?

The pool is 30ft x 15ft with a maximum depth of 6ft.  The spa is 7ft in diameter.

The screened pool deck (including pool) is 920 sq.ft. (40ftx23ft)  and in addition to that there is the lanai (covered patio) which is an additional 168 sq.ft. (14ftx12ft)

Do you have a local management company?

Yes we do.  Our Management Company are available 24hrs in case of an emergency.  They will be pleased to answer any questions for you but we ask that you restrict non-emergency enquiries to normal office hours.

How do I get the keys to the villa?

For the convenience of our guests, we have installed a keyless entry system so you don't need to collect any keys.  Once we have received the full payment and security deposit, we will send you an Arrival Pack which contains your personal code to gain access to the villa for the duration of your stay.  All members of the group can use the same code which is useful if you are arriving separately.

What facilities do you provide for babies and young children?

Having traveled extensively with our son since he was only a few weeks old, we know how many things we have needed to take with us on our trips.  We have used this experience to provide a range of items in the villa which will help those people traveling with babies/infants.  Please see Items for Children / Babies / Infants by clicking here  and following the links shown.

Do you have a Washer/Dryer?

As this is a self-catering home-from-home we do provide pretty much everything you'll need for your stay with us. You'll find a Washer and Dryer as well as a Vacuum Cleaner, Iron and Ironing Board.
