Wonderful vacation experience. This beautiful spacious home is lovingly cared for by the owners which in turn offers vactioning folks the best of everything. As evenings approached, the most beautiful sunsets were seen sitting by the patio/pool that face West. Very private setting with no homes situated behind the property. We had many dreams of the ideal vacation home prior to arriving. We are at home now with the those dreams a reality and memories of having had the best of the best!

I have to say, this was the best family vacation ever, and this home is outstanding! It was beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable, close to everything, and everyone had space to breathe! The pool was great (it was wonderful for the days at home...the kids really were not to thrilled to leave it!) and the rooms were beautiful! We had a total of three couples and three children, and still had room to spare! The development was very secure, and the information provided about the surrounding community amenities was invaluable.

I would highly recommend this home over a hotel any day, because it allowed you the ability to eat at home, and truly relax. Everyone did not have to congregate in a hotel room, there was plenty of room to gather without feeling crowded! The whole booking process was smooth from start to finish. We would highly recommend this home, and its owners. The vacation was truly smooth and stress free from start to finish; I wouldn't do it any other way in the future! Thanks Neil and Kay!!!

I just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time and we all thought that your villa was fantastic. It really was a home from home and we felt in total luxury for two weeks! My kids who are 6 & 7 loved the pool and were in there from morning 'til night. When we were going to the theme parks they complained and actually saw it as a punishment because they didn't want to leave the house! ... next year ... all the kids want is a house with a pool! Unfortunately, all the places we have looked at don't compare to your house at Windsor Palms.

Thanks for all your help leading up to the holiday - you certainly made life easy for me arranging things for a party of 12. Your management company were also excellent and were on hand to solve one or two problems we had without any fuss. In fact, we have been spoilt as much a can-do attitude in America, where as the UK is exactly the opposite! My wife is seriously considering us moving out there.... it had that much of an impact on us as a family.

Thanks again and I will not hesitate in getting in touch next time me need to rent a property and will certainly recommend your place at Windsor Palms to anyone who is considering renting over there.

We returned home yesterday. What a vacation we had! We wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your beautiful home!! It is absolutely beautiful-so spacious- with everything that we could have hoped for!!! Our grandchildren were in love with the pool and Jacuzzi - they were in the pool within minutes of arriving. When our 12 year old granddaughter came running to us with a huge hug, smile and "thank you so much for this" - it made it all worth while. She had scoped out the villa and picked out her room while we were bringing in the luggage.

We cannot think of anything that we needed that wasn't provided. Our family of 11 had a beautiful "home" to enjoy for a week. It was immaculate and beautifully presented upon arrival!!

Tom & I want to thank you for the timely payment of our [security] deposit. We want to thank you for the privilege of renting your villa home. It was our anchor point for the week. Your villa is so spacious that eleven people were very comfortable. We took pictures of the villa and have shown them to our friends and everyone is amazed at what a beautiful place it is. Tom planned this vacation over a years time and the vacation was wonderful. This will be the last time that the family will vacation as a whole because our oldest grandson is graduating and will be off to college in the fall. Once that happens things change. We are so glad that we chose your rental villa and that it was available. Again, thank you.

The signal for our cell phone was not strong enough to make our calls, so having your [free] phone service was a nice added convenience.

Your property was excellent! We have stayed in many homes in the same sort of area and there was no comparison between you property and the others. We are hoping to come down again over our next "March Break" we just have to find out when that is.

Just dropping you a quick note to say thank you for the use of your home. We had a great time and your home was lovely and well furnished. It really did feel like a home away from home. We found the beds so comfortable that we checked out the mattress manufacturer so that we would know what to look for when we are replacing our mattresses at home. (I've been complaining about needing a new mattress for several months and sleeping on your comfortable bed just reaffirmed my thoughts.)

Our kids are already anxious to return to Disney World and we will definitely check into the availability of your home when we do.

We just wanted to let you know what a fabulous experience we had while renting your beautiful home. First of all, it was not only beautiful, but comfortable. My husband jokingly said it looked like I had a hand in the decorating, as it was done much to our taste. Anyhow, it was great. We enjoyed the hot tub & pool, and everyone had plenty of space in their own rooms. I am so glad we found this!

Everyone was very pleased with the accommodation and location wrt Disney. As you know there were 13 of us and the house easily handled all of us. It was great to have a kitchen to cook some of our meals and after a warm day at the parks the pool was well used by everyone. The kids enjoyed the various DVDs and also the video game system. The house is very well appointed and very comfortable.

We loved your villa. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after long days at the parks. Thank you for all of the attention to details, there was nothing we needed that was not there. We hope to return to your villa on our next trip to Disney. Thanks again!

The house was a wonderful haven for our group! Thank you so much. A few sets of parents traveled with our soccer boys, who had qualified for the Southeast Regional 3 versus 3 soccer tournament held in Orlando. They placed third and had a great time. They enjoyed the video games, the spa after soccer, and they liked being able to hang out together in one very homey space. Truly--it was nice for all of us. NOW...we're to play in the Nationals at Disney's Wide World of Sports soccer complex ... And we'd love to stay at your home again.

Everything was excellent at your beautiful villa during our June visit to Kissimmee. Myself and my families were over the moon with the standard, quality, space and the location. On our 3 previous visits to Florida we stayed in hotels, never again!! We loved the size of your beds so much, we will be taking delivery of a Super King Size within the next few days. We just arrived home a few hours ago from a fantastic week of fun in Florida and in your home. Oh my goodness--I can not begin to tell you how much we enjoyed your house. It is just gorgeous and it is so much nicer than a hotel!!!! We will definitely recommend your home to all our friends and relatives.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the villa. It is gorgeous and incredibly spacious. We are already talking about a return to Sun Palm Drive, this time with my mom. (My mother-in-law came with us this time and truly enjoyed the house. We would go to the parks and she would sit by the pool and relax, and cook dinner for us. It worked out well for all of us).
