There is plenty of room for the family to play and swim in the 30ft x 15ft pool. The depth ranges from 3ft to a maximum depth of 6ft.
The raised spa is 7ft in diameter and has 4 powerful jets to sooth and massage your muscles. Just the thing after a hard day spent at the attractions, the mall or the golf course.
Underwater lighting is present in both the pool & spa - just right for those night time swims. The pool & spa can be heated if required.
The shaded lanai is fitted with a ceiling fan for your comfort and is an ideal area for dining al fresco.
Pool furniture is supplied for your use including sun loungers, tables and chairs.
The pool area will be the hub of activity for many families/groups. Children and adults alike will enjoy spending time in the large pool & spa or just relaxing on the deck.

If you have young children in your party you will appreciate the safety fence which, when used correctly, will help protect them from wandering unsupervised into the pool or spa area. Door alarms are also fitted for added protection.
